Beethoven (Film Review)

Escaping from dog nappers, a St. Bernard puppy finds himself in the loving hands of the Newton family kids, much to the dismay of their father. But as time goes on, the dog grows and things get more and more complicated.

Great cast, I mean when I was a kid, I never realized that it had Stanley Tucci and Oliver Platt. It’s been many years since watching it, so the story felt fresh again and it helped me realize that this film hasn’t really aged much. It’s not really a film that will make you reconsider life decisions, but that’s not what you watch it for.

It is really silly and if you’re not in the mood to watch a cute dog do adorable things, you’ll probably hate it.

Fun Fact: Joseph Gordon Levitt has a very small role as Student #1.
